How to Use Sprouted Ragi Flour ?
To Make Nutritious Porridge:
- Add 1 tablespoon (approx. 25 g) of Sprouted Ragi Flour to 150 ml water or milk.
- Stir well and boil for 10 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Sweeten naturally with jaggery or dates powder and serve warm.
