How to Use Sprouted Ragi Flour ?

To Make Nutritious Porridge:

  • Add 1 tablespoon (approx. 25 g) of Sprouted Ragi Flour to 150 ml water or milk.
  • Stir well and boil for 10 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Sweeten naturally with jaggery or dates powder and serve warm.
  • You can also use it to make rotis, dosas, laddoos, pancakes, or baked snacks for a healthy twist!
