How to Use :
For Vatha / Puli Kulambu (Tamarind Curry):
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add curry leaves, garlic, onions, and tomatoes along with any vathal or your choice.
- Stir in Karigai Kulambu Powder and sauté briefly.
- Add tamarind water, salt, and mix well.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the gravy thickens.
- Serve hot with rice and a drizzle of ghee
For Meen Kulambu (Fish Curry):
Follow the same process. Once the gravy boils, add cleaned fish pieces and simmer for 5-7 minutes until tender.
