How to Use :

For Vatha / Puli Kulambu (Tamarind Curry):

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds to splutter.
  • Add curry leaves, garlic, onions, and tomatoes along with any vathal or your choice.
  • Stir in Karigai Kulambu Powder and sauté briefly.
  • Add tamarind water, salt, and mix well.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  • Serve hot with rice and a drizzle of ghee

For Meen Kulambu (Fish Curry):
Follow the same process. Once the gravy boils, add cleaned fish pieces and simmer for 5-7 minutes until tender.
